Our Standard Delivery for orders under £75 is £4.95 and FREE* for orders of £75 or more. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
*Specialised and oversized items are not included in our free delivery, charges apply and will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Our Next Working Day Delivery is £7.95 for all order values. In order to receive your order the next working day (Mon to Fri) you have to order by 3pm on the day of order. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Specialised and oversized homeware items are not available for next day delivery. Some special UK postcodes fall out with this service and will arrive automatically within two working days. For a full list of special UK postcodes, please see the list below.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERY
Our Saturday & Sunday Delivery is £9.95. In order to receive your order on Saturday or Sunday you have to order by 3pm on Friday. Specialised and oversized items are not available for weekend delivery. We are unable to offer our Saturday & Sunday delivery service to some remote UK postcodes. For a full list of special UK postcodes, please see the list below.
NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (EXCLUDES SATURDAY & SUNDAY)
Our UK Nominated Day Delivery is £9.95. Your order will be dispatched to arrive on a nominated date. You can select a day (Mon to Fri) up to 2 weeks after placing your order. This excludes specialised and oversized homeware items.
Please note: we cannot accept liability for goods if a customer requests to change the delivery details after the goods have been dispatched, such as - leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.
If goods are returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any incurred re-delivery charges.

Oversized items will be delivered to kerbside only. About Living will not be held responsible for any items that do not fit in the address they are being delivered to. The delivery driver will offload the item(s) onto the kerbside, however it will be your responsibility to take the item(s) to your chosen destination and the driver will be unable to assist.
If our chosen courier company is unable to deliver a large or extra large item, a failed delivery charge of £50 will be charged to the customer.

Some items are made to order and will have additional delivery times. For made to order items, the delivery times will be notified on the individual product page.
DELIVERY BY OUR APPROVED SUPPLIERS
Some items may be delivered by our approved suppliers and will be delivered directly by the manufacturer, or their chosen courier. By doing this, we can offer you an extended range of products.
For large, heavy items, delivery may be arranged directly by our supplier. You’ll be contacted by the supplier close to the delivery time with a proposed delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order up to 12pm on the day of dispatch (except for certain items, which are dispatched direct from the manufacturers).
If you wish to cancel an order you must email our customer service team. If you wish to cancel an order for which you have chosen Next Day Delivery, this must be done before 9am the day following placing the order in order to allow us to cancel the order in sufficient time.
Once your order has been dispatched from our premises, it will not possible to cancel your order and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us if you decide you do not wish them anymore.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS MISSING OR ARRIVES DAMAGED ON DELIVERY?
If your item(s) arrive damaged upon delivery, have missing item(s) or if you receive the incorrect item(s), please email our customer service team to report this issue and where possible we will send a replacement or refund you for the damaged or missing item(s). Please note that you have 7 days to report an issue from the date your order is received. After this date, we will not be able to process your claim. Please also note that it is not always possible for us to send a replacement for certain goods, and a refund will be given.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DEVELOPS A FAULT AFTER MY DELIVERY?
If your item is faulty or develops a fault soon after purchase, please contact us by email as soon as you notice the fault, and no later than 90 days after receipt of your goods.
If your item arrives faulty then we will uplift the goods so you will not have to pay for postage to return the item. Please do not send your items back without requesting us to collect your faulty item(s) as we will not be able to refund you the postage.
Since we have no way of knowing what treatment a product has received once it arrives with the customer, About Living will not accept responsibility for goods after more than 90 days.
About Living reserves the right to refuse to repair the goods where it is disproportionate and or not possible to do so. Save as precluded by law, we do not accept any liability for faulty goods about which we have not been notified within 90 days of the date of delivery.
We will require you to explain clearly which item or items are faulty and we will refund the price you paid for the goods, or arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you. We require photographic evidence in all cases of all faulty items before a refund or replacement can be processed.
If an item arrives missing, in order to launch an investigation we will require a photo of the outer box.
Please note that we have a separate returns policy for any items purchased in-store. Please contact one of our stores for guidance on the in-store returns policy.
OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
On rare occasions your delivery may take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with our couriers. About Living works closely with our network of couriers on a daily basis to allow us to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched from our premises, it will not possible to cancel your order and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us if you decide you do not wish them anymore. Please feel free to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help with any queries regarding your deliveries.
In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be emailed within 48 hours to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel and refund your order. Please check your email regularly including Junk Mail as we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there will be additional charges.
